What counts as an accepted event?
An accepted event is any error, exception or signal that FaultLens ingests and stores from your application. Each accepted occurrence counts once against your monthly plan capacity.
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is a permanent ₹0 plan with 5,000 accepted events per month, 7-day retention, 2 members and 2 projects. It does not expire and it does not require a card.
What happens when I reach my monthly event limit?
Plan capacity is a hard boundary, so new ingestion pauses for the rest of the billing month rather than generating a surprise overage invoice. Issues already captured stay accessible for your retention window, and you can move to a larger plan at any time.
How does annual billing work?
Starter is ₹19,990 per year and Growth is ₹49,990 per year, billed once in advance. Annual billing includes approximately two months compared with monthly billing. Custom annual terms are quoted.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Capacity and history. Growth raises monthly accepted events from 75,000 to 250,000 and retention from 15 days to 30 days. Both plans carry unlimited members and projects and the same notification channels.
What does Custom include?
Custom starts at ₹8,999 per month and remains quote-based. Capacity, retention, capabilities and commercial terms are defined by your agreement rather than inherited from Growth, so we shape the plan with you before anything is confirmed.
Which notification channels do I get?
Outbound webhook alerts and full Alert Rules functionality are on every plan, including Free. Product Email, Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications are included from Starter upward, and are contract-derived on Custom. Account and security email — sign-in, invitations, password reset and required billing notices — always reaches you on every plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Paid activation and plan changes are confirmed with the team, so email hello@faultlens.in and we will confirm the next steps, effective date and billing impact. Cancellations stop future renewals and your paid access continues to the end of the current billing period. See the Billing Policy for the full terms.
How does FaultLens secure customer data?
Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, stored on encrypted AWS infrastructure, and scoped per workspace and project. SDK ingestion uses scoped project API keys, and outbound webhook deliveries are signed. These are security fundamentals on every plan, not paid add-ons. See the security overview for the full details.
